These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and cuan128 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://cuan128.cam and all associated services, games, features, and content offered therein.

By accessing cuan128.cam, creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on cuan128, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. cuan128 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will terminate any Account found to belong to a person under 21 without prior notice.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for your own personal entertainment, and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you have independently verified the legal status of online gambling in your place of residence.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or close associate of cuan128 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously been excluded, self-excluded, or had an Account suspended or terminated by cuan128 for any breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting under coercion, duress, or as part of any organised gambling scheme or syndicate.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not under any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual or household — regardless of the device, IP address, payment method, or email address used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and confiscation of all associated balances and pending bonuses.

When registering an Account, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid email address.
2. Maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
3. Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
4. Notify cuan128 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account.
5. Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have notified us of a security breach in accordance with clause 4.4 above.

cuan128 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Your use of the Platform is governed by the following conditions. By accessing any part of cuan128.cam, you agree that you shall at all times:

• Use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• Not attempt to access restricted areas of the Platform, circumvent security systems, or exploit technical vulnerabilities of any kind.
• Not use any automated scripts, bots, data-mining tools, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Not engage in any conduct that disrupts, degrades, or impairs the Platform's operation or the experience of other users.
• Not use the Platform to launder money, fund terrorist activities, or engage in any other criminal conduct.
• Not misrepresent your identity, age, location, or any other material information in connection with your Account or any transaction.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction of residence relating to online gambling and electronic transactions.

Violation of any of the above conditions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required.

cuan128 supports a range of MYR-denominated payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow QR, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency transfers. All transactions are subject to the following conditions:

1. Currency: All Account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt.
2. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 for e-wallet methods and MYR 100 for bank transfer and cryptocurrency methods, unless otherwise stated in a current promotion.
3. Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to verified Accounts that have completed the KYC process. cuan128 targets processing most MYR withdrawal requests within 3–10 minutes during standard operating hours, though actual times may vary based on payment provider processing schedules.
4. Source of Funds: All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
5. Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. cuan128 reserves the right to request alternative withdrawal methods in line with applicable anti-money-laundering requirements.
6. Transaction Fees: cuan128 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party processing fees levied by payment providers are beyond our control and may apply.
7. Rollover Obligation: Where a deposit is subject to an active bonus, the applicable wagering requirement must be completed in full before a withdrawal request can be approved.

cuan128 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, VIP tier rewards, and special event offers. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as any specific conditions stated in the relevant promotion materials. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

cuan128 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. Players may only hold one active welcome bonus at a time. The accumulation or stacking of multiple bonus offers is not permitted unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion terms.

cuan128 is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion.
• Use of card-counting software, predictive algorithms, betting bots, or any other automated tools during real-money play.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or game malfunctions to generate artificial credits or winnings. Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable technical malfunction are void.
• Participation in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses or coordinating with others to exploit promotion mechanics.
• Arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit odds discrepancies in a way that constitutes abuse of the sportsbook platform.
• Any conduct that cuan128 reasonably determines to constitute money laundering or structuring of transactions to evade reporting obligations.

Where cuan128 has reasonable grounds to suspect a User of engaging in any of the above prohibited conduct, the Platform reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, withhold pending payments pending investigation, and — where required by law — report the matter to relevant financial intelligence or law enforcement authorities.

All content on the cuan128 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, data compilations, software, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of cuan128 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of cuan128.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cuan128 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — even if cuan128 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

cuan128's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cuan128 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period stipulated by the Platform.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or underage gambling.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or payment provider.
• At the User's own request — in which case cuan128 will process a closure and return of the verified real-money balance (minus any applicable bonuses subject to forfeiture) within a reasonable period.

Upon termination, you will lose access to the Platform and to any unclaimed bonus funds. Real-money balances in verified Accounts will be returned to the User through the registered payment method following satisfactory completion of any pending investigations.

cuan128 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes seriously its obligations to protect vulnerable players. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion. These tools are available through the Account settings panel or by contacting the support team directly.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data submitted by Users in connection with the Platform is governed by cuan128's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy.

By accepting these Terms, you also confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. cuan128 does not sell personal data to third parties and processes data only for the purposes of account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and platform improvement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cuan128 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent cuan128 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm.

cuan128 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, cuan128 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or on-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your Account and withdraw your available real-money balance prior to the effective date.
